Is anyone else experiencing this. Why is my fitbit charge 2 not counting floors. Over the past week my fit bit has stopped counting floors. Your device uses changes in barometric pressure combined with the steps you take to calculate floors climbed.

I normally do around 40 60 floors a day and no i m lucky if it registers 1. But my charge 2 does not count them correctly at all. That was some weeks ago and i ve had no other problems since then. I recharged and restarted my charge 2 and it started counting floors again.

Friday march 15 is when this appears to have started for me. I have tried restarting it numerous times but my fitbit still won t count floors. I was not carrying anything. My charge 3 is counting floors i haven t climbed.

In the meantime i switched to the newer fitbit charge hr 2. My fitbit charge hr counted my floors correctly. I am assuming that the fitbit is broken but thought inwould raise the issue on here if it can be fixed easily with the app. There is not a way to delete this inaccurate information either.
